Yesterday, the Women’s Foundation of Collier County celebrated the power of women lifting women.

Through the Women Lifting Women Initiative, WFCC awarded $385,000 in grants to nine local nonprofits working to support vulnerable senior women and empower women and girls across Collier County. From preventing homelessness and reducing isolation among senior women to expanding healthcare access, supporting survivors of abuse, and creating new opportunities for young women, these investments will make a lasting difference in our community.

This work is only possible because of the generosity of our donors, the dedication of our Women Lifting Women Cabinet and Board members, and the incredible nonprofit partners who turn compassion into action every day.

Congratulations to this year's grant recipients, and thank you to everyone who believes that when women support one another, entire communities thrive.

Opportunity changes everything.

Through a grant from the Women’s Foundation of Collier County, Grace Place’s Career Discovery program is giving girls early access to career exploration, mentorship, and real-world experiences—building confidence and expanding what they believe is possible.

In communities where access is limited, this program is opening doors and creating new pathways forward.
