BE THE ROAR 🩵🦁

Four years ago,
cancer tried to take me twice in one year -
ovarian cancer,
and breast cancer.
I survived.

My girlfriend didn't.
And her last words to me were,
"Take my whispers from the grave, Debra,
and be my ROAR."

So I did. 🦁🩵

I turned my Pain into Purpose,
and my Message into Mission,
and I founded Teal Ribbon Ovarian Cancer-
a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Because here's what nobody tells you:
In 2026, 1 in 91 women will hear,
"You have ovarian cancer." ♋️

Over 21,000 will be diagnosed.
Over 12,700 will die.

Not because there's no cure.
Because they didn't KNOW the signs in time.

That's why my mission is simple:

Women will be educated,
men will be informed.
Learn the B.E.A.T. signs -

B- Bloating,
E- Eating less and feeling full quickly,
A-Abdominal pain,
T- Trouble with your bladder.
If you see something, say something.

Trust your body. Speak up. Seek care.

That's what ROAR means:

🦁R-Recognize.
🦁O- Outcry.
🦁A-Activate.
🦁R-Rally.

When we catch it early,
the 5-year survival is 89%.
Education IS early detection.

Hello, my friends 🩵

My name is Debra Wold,
As someone who went from being a successful business woman, to overnight fighting for her life from ovarian cancer because I missed the early morning signs and it nearly cost you my life.

I took my “Pain into Purpose of my Message into Mission.
I founded
“TEAL RIBBON OVARIAN CANCER” Nonprofit, 501()(c).

🎙️As a keynote speaker, I educate on the early warning signs and teach women how to advocate for themselves. So they don’t become the next victims of this silent killer.

TODAY I was visiting hospitals, holding the hands of my 🩵 TEAL SISTERS telling them: DO NOT GIVE UP. I am taking there voice,
🪦our sisters whispers from there graves and being their Roar 🦁

I came home with a fire 🔥 in my heart.
This month is my 4-year ovarian cancer anniversary. 👩🏼‍🦰
My girlfriend (who died a year ago) famous quote.

I am alive to tell her and my story.
