Throughout the past week, we celebrated Community Garden week, highlighting the importance of collectively caring for green spaces.

As we step into the full bloom of spring, it's the perfect time to start planting our own small gardens. Whether you have a large backyard or a small balcony, everyone can enjoy growing their own fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

One tip for beginners is to start with a few favorite vegetables or herbs and consider your climate zone when choosing plants.

Most vegetables need 6 hours of direct sunlight daily and thrive in organic, nutrient-rich soil for optimal growth. Choose a sunny spot and quality soil for healthy plants.
