Winter is the perfect time to sharpen your skills! Homegrown Winter Academy keeps players developing all season long with high-rep drills, position-specific skill work, small-sided games, and friendly competition.

What to expect:
- Experienced boys’ and girls’ coaching staffs
- Small-group instruction and plenty of reps
- Skill development, speed, agility & conditioning
- A fun, competitive environment for all skill levels!

📍 4 Locations: Blaine, Plymouth, Vadnais Heights & Savage

Homegrown Winter Academy is back for 2026–27! Our weekly training sessions are fast, fun, and fundamentals-first, combining high-rep lacrosse skill work, small-sided competition, and lacrosse-specific strength and conditioning.

🥍 Grades 3–12 | All skill levels welcome
📍 4 Locations: Blaine, Plymouth, Vadnais Heights & Savage
📅 November–February

Players can register for one, two, or three locations, with discounted pricing available for multi-location training.

Spots are capped at each location to keep groups consistent and maintain coaching quality.
