Congratulations to mentors Harrison Edwards and Anna Pfefferle on their March 21 wedding in Northfield. Anna's mentee, Seriah, was able to help with some of the wedding planning! Anna and Seriah will celebrate one year in the program this month at the Twin Cities Q2 graduation ceremony. Harrison and Junior will graduate in the fall. We wish the happy couple all the best in this new chapter together!

After months of encouragement, cheering each other on, and trying new things together, Elena turned to Bea and said something she’ll never forget: “Wow, I’m so proud of you!”

“Having a mentor is knowing you have someone that you can talk to about things… It’s hard for me to trust anyone, so having a mentor I trust helps me open up.”

For Elena, mentorship isn’t just about having someone to spend time with. It’s about trust, connection, and feeling safe enough to be herself. Over the past year, she’s learned that it’s okay to let someone in, to share what’s on her mind, and to not feel like she has to face everything alone.
