A huge thank you to for partnering with PFund and hosting our annual ERG (Employee Resource Group) Fair!

A large portion of PFund's grantees are truly people-powered. They rely on volunteers to make events happen, to get mission work done, and represent their values in the community. That's why we're so grateful for the ERGs dedicating time and energy to consistently volunteering with LGBTQ+ organizations. THANK YOU!

Financial gifts aren't the only ways to donate to the LGBTQ+ organizations that keep our community's needs met and our cultures alive! Each of the orgs pictured (and many more) are looking for volunteers this Pride Month, and year-round. Please visit their websites and reach out to them 💖🌈

🌈💖 Give OUT Day is a month-long fundraising campaign, and the only national day of giving for the LGBTQ+ community! In 2025 alone, Give OUT Day raised over $850,000 for LGBTQ+ nonprofits in all 50 states.

Starting May 28, we’re looking for supporters of PFund to create their own peer-to-peer fundraisers! Encourage your friends and networks to make a gift to PFund in fun, playful ways (donors to Kevin’s fundraiser got photos of his puppies getting cookies, while donors to Li’s fundraiser get an original painting), or just make a sincere ask! Our staff took a field trip to Saint Paul to visit the MN Museum of American Art (), where PFund Foundation is proud to sponsor the Queering Indigeneity exhibition! We found ourselves absolutely enamored by the way the historic building served as a backdrop for the museum's hundreds of curated works, many of which were provided by Minnesotan artists.

Queering Indigeneity features invigorating works that celebrate "the vision and diversity of 2-Spirit, Native q***r, gender expansive artists in the Upper Midwest. In seeking out and amplifying voices of Indigenous artists and culture bearers, the M, guided by Penny Kagigebi, hopes to influence the types of artists who are supported, seen, and centered at the museum, and to show both Indigenous and non-Indigenous visitors a more comprehensive and complex story of this region’s art and artists."

We'd highly recommend visiting the museum before this one-of-a-kind exhibition closes in August (admission is FREE)! Thank you to The M's Executive Director, Dr. Kate Beane, for the knowledgeable and moving guided tour. 💖

This year’s show will be held in the Zeitgeist atrium from May 4 - June 27 with an opening reception on Thursday, May 7 from 5-7pm.
Each year, YWCA Duluth showcases artwork created by girls, women and gender-expansive folks and invites the public to an opening reception to celebrate this work that symbolizes the joy each artist finds in their gender(s).

This year, PFund Foundation awarded $900,000 to 70 (pictured here) LGBTQ+ organizations across the Upper Midwest! The PFund Community Grants (PCG) include organizational membership to the PFund Leadership Institute, a monthly cohort based learning and networking opportunity.

This is the reach that your donations have with PFund! 🙌 Thank you for building equity with us, and congratulations to the 2026 PCG grantees!

The curtains have closed on the 2026 Moxie Awards, but we're still feeling the party thanks to our community raising almost $69,000 for PFund Foundation's grant-making and community programs!!! 💖 THANK YOU!

Congratulations to this year's Moxie Award winners for their work with LGBTQ+ communities around the Upper Midwest: Red River Rainbow Seniors Oral History Project (PRISM Fund Grantee), Style Pop Café (Equity Fund Grantee), One Iowa (Transcend Fund Grantee), and Uniting Resilience (Event Sponsorship Grantee). 🙌

🏳️‍🌈 Thank you so much to Machine Shop for hosting, D'Amico & Sons for keeping us fed and hydrated, Joetta Wright for being the most charming emcee on this side of the Mississippi, Bruhadacity for providing tarot readings, all the incredible q***r artists who donated art for the live auction, the PFund Staff and Board for their work putting this lovely evening together, and everyone in attendance for making this such a successful and joyful fundraiser for the LGBTQ+ communities we belong to.

On Transgender Day of Visibility, we'd like to reiterate our love, care, and commitment to our trans siblings in the LGBTQ+ community.💗 In 2025, PFund's TRANSCEND Fund distributed a record $300k across 33 grants to transgender and gender non-conforming serving organizations in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. This was followed by the incredible fundraiser, which raised over $140,000 for Trans+ rights advocacy and general operating support for organizations that support Trans+ & gender non-conforming folks throughout their lives. 💗

If you're looking to support or rally for the trans and GNC community in the Upper Midwest, whether for Transgender Day of Visibility or in light of the news of SCOTUS ruling against Colorado's conversion therapy ban (a legal decision that puts protections for LGBTQ+ youth at risk in 26 other states), please visit and follow some of the orgs hosting events and providing support here:
