Family Resource Centers are community-based hubs offering low or no cost services and resources to help parents keep their families safe and healthy.

TFP is excited to announce that a NEW Family Resource Center has opened on the second floor of our Lake Street building in South Minneapolis. We'd love for you to come celebrate with us!

The Grand Opening is next Wednesday, June 10th from 12-5pm on the 2nd floor of 1527 East Lake Street, South Minneapolis.

Noon: Lunch reception (all are invited!)
1pm: Remarks
3-5pm: Family-friendly activities

This winter our team received Home For Good bins from Greater Twin Cities United Way. We're always smiling when these bins arrive because they are full to the brim with essential household items; everything from dishware to cleaning supplies to lightbulbs. We're grateful to have received Home For Good bins over the years, and this year they went out our doors faster than ever.

We only have one bin left on the shelf, but that's good news! Because that means program participants have found housing. Since January, ten bins have gone out to new homes!

These bins are so much more than supplies; they are the warm and welcoming touch that makes a new place feel like a home. Thank you to the team at Greater Twin Cities United Way and all the volunteers who make this project possible!
