Today is Giving Tuesday, and there are several ways you can show your support for Infinite Ingredient!

You can donate to support the Infinite Ingredient Workplace Wellbeing Portal which launched early in 2024 in partnership with the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. The Infinite Ingredient Workplace Wellbeing Portal is currently available to all individuals working for a craft brewery in the US, and their immediate family members! You can donate to our Launch Campaign. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us toward our mission of being able to provide access to tangible mental health and well-being resources for those working in the craft brewing and craft beverage industry!

Thursday is the day!

We couldn't be more excited to be part of Crafted for Action again this year! Be sure to join us for Crafting Awareness: A Discussion About Consumption in the Craft Beer Community on Thursday, June 20th, 4:30-5:15 EST.

Infinite Ingredient is a non-profit whose mission is to actively support the mental and physical well-being of individuals working in the craft beverage industry. In this session we will share data around substance use, and have a panel discussion with our Executive Director and two of our Founding Board Members to share resources for those who may be struggling with it. This session will help attendees understand the business cost of substance use, gain insight from others' experiences, and take away tangible resources for themselves to use and to share with others.

Craft brewery employees—have you signed up yet for the Infinite Ingredient Workplace Wellbeing Portal, powered by Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation?

The Wellbeing Portal is a confidential, easy-to-access and easy-to-use digital hub where craft brewery employees exploring help for themselves or a loved one can learn about substance use disorder (SUD), take an assessment to determine if they are at risk, receive personalized recommendations, and connect to resources and services from Hazelden Betty Ford and elsewhere. The Wellbeing Portal will empower individual employees, families, and the entire craft brewing community with much-needed information about SUD, mental health, and options for professional care.

As of January 23, 2024 anyone working for a craft brewery in the United States that produces less than 6 million barrels per year will be eligible to sign up and utilize the Wellbeing Portal. The Wellbeing Portal is confidential and anonymous, and can be accessed via the link in our bio, or by going to infiniteingredient.org/wellbeingportal
The pilot year, 2024, was graciously funded by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.

Infinite Ingredient is in the midst of its launch campaign and is actively fundraising to cover access to the Wellbeing Portal in 2025 and to expand to include access to an Employee Assistance Program, to expand support across bev-alc, and to make resources available outside of the U.S.

We cannot thank the incredible team at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation enough for their support, generosity, and enthusiasm in making this collaboration come to life! 💙🙌

Those currently working for craft breweries in the U.S. have the opportunity to participate in an important survey being conducted by Samantha Lacey at the University of Connecticut.

This survey will help establish industry benchmarks related to workplace culture and well-being in the industry.

***UPDATE*** Survey will now remain open until 11:59pm EST Saturday, September 30th.
(Originally set to close in August.)

Please participate if you can, her research will help us to establish benchmarks for the industry, and allow us to further understand opportunities for support across experiences working in craft beer.
