We are PUSHING non-stop! We have less then 23 days left to get this school finished so the children of Alma can get back to school! Update we ARE SOLD OUT! THANK YOU EVERYONE! We have 55 miles left! Please help us close this out! We are flying in to Houston and picking up donated school furniture! We will load it all in to a box truck 🚚 and drive it back to Minneapolis! It will then be stored until we ship our container hopefully in late October. It will then head to Jamaica to help a few different schools. We are asking for people to sponsor a mile for $3.50 to help us cover the transportation costs with this mission. We continue to work on the inside of the school! We are finishing the walls and doing electrical work! We have 3 weeks left! We have the chance to pick up a ton of school furniture in Houston Texas 🙌 and drive it to Minneapolis to be able to then ship it in our container to Jamaica 🇯🇲 We are looking at a 1200 mile drive and to cover our expenses like flights to Houston from Minneapolis which are $212 each, we figure it will be 185 gallons of gas at $3.75 a gallon which would be $693.75 and the Truck Rental with Insurance cost us $2755.17 so we are looking at a total of $3872.92 and we will cover our own hotels and food!! To do this we are asking people to sponsor a mile for $3.50 and we need to have people sponsor a total of 1106 miles total!
