We want to see the child care industry being rebuilds and it's going to start with us seizing oppurtunities such as leading cohorts that allow us the freedoms to talk to youth about possible careers to explore!

We are crushed to hear about the passing of one of Madison most influential powerhouses. Our prayers and thoughts are with Michael Johnson's family, colleagues, close friends and everybody whose lives he touched in some way.
Michael Johnson made it possible for us and so many other non profit organizations to be able to give back to the community. We had the pleasure of sitting before him as he shared words of wisdom and fed us during his DOVE initiative giveaway as we helped to distribute.

We know that tomorrow is not promised us so let us continue to pray for and wrap our arms around our community leaders. The burden they carry is heavy. At this time, it's a little heavier.

Looking from what we have been following, there are huge shoes to be filled.

May God accept Michael in his loving arms and hold his family closer.

Shirmiel was a graduate of our second cohort and she spoke in front of a crowd of over 180 people of a time when she felt isolated and without community. I’m so glad that Midwest is one of the many community collaborators that she has now. This gift of Dove body wash is so important for the women and children that visit our organization. Our support group model coaches women of color on public, speaking and storytelling and networking skills to help elevate their passion and dreams. This product will help us and the women we serve.
