A great teacher can change how you see what’s possible. On World Teachers' Day, we’re celebrating the educators and mentors who help young creators, artists, and learners build skills, grow confidence, and shape their future.

Shout out to the teacher who changed your life, made a difference, and saw something in you no one else did.

Ever wonder what it looks like when creativity meets mentorship?

Behind every camera lesson, spoken word piece, film, photo, and comic is a young creator building real media arts and storytelling skills with guidance from industry professionals and college level mentors.

Hey URGENT Community! Who helps young creators find their voice behind the scenes?

At URGENT Inc., it’s the mentors and teaching artists who show up every day to coach, teach, and create alongside them.

You don't see them. But they are there in the background. They introduce young creatives to photography, film, spoken word, music, and comics while building confidence, critical thinking, and real workforce skills.

This is project-based learning with purpose, and we’re proud to celebrate the people helping Miami’s next generation of artists, filmmakers, and storytellers grow.
