The Lexington Pride Center is seeking an Executive Director (ED) to provide comprehensive leadership for the organization, overseeing all operations while serving as the organization’s public advocate.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, mission-driven leader to guide our organization, champion the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community, and strengthen programs and services across Central Kentucky. The ED will work closely with our Board, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to advance our mission, ensure long-term sustainability, and expand our impact.

We’re looking for someone with nonprofit leadership experience, strong financial and fundraising skills, and a passion for building an inclusive, thriving community where everyone belongs.
