Fall break, meet your next “what should we do today?” idea 🎨🍂

Build a marshmallow sculpture, paint with pantry spices, make beaded hearts for a fall walk, try leaf rubbings, or take apart an old electronic to see what’s inside (with a grown-up nearby!)

Five invitations to make, explore, and follow your curiosity. Save this for a day that needs a little inspiration—which one would your kid pick first? 💛

What you see: scraps of paper, paint covered hands, and a table that definitely needs wiping down.

What they see?: a world they created, a new way to make purple, and an idea they can’t wait to try.

That’s the magic of process art at Side By Side Studio. The finished pieces are fun to take home, but the experimenting, problem solving, and proud little ‘I made this!’ moments are where the good stuff happens.

Come join in on all the fun! Check out www.sidebysidestudio.org

There’s a little bit of magic that happens when art and nature meet. 🌸🎨

Flowers become paintbrushes. Colors mix. Hands get messy. And littles get to explore without worrying about doing it “right.”

This is process art—curious, sensory, wonderfully messy, and completely their own. 💛
