Club #195 will meet tomorrow. June 6, at the Westwood Presbyterian Church


Hi Club #195 Members,

Club #195 will meet tomorrow, June 6, at the Westwood Presbyterian Church. Doors open at 9:30 AM for games starting at 10:00 AM. This will be one of our only two meetings in June (the other will be June 27).
We will not be meeting in July as I have my annual trip to New England followed by a trip to the Nationals, and the church will be renovating the meeting hall starting in July.

I hope to see many of you in what may be our last two meetings for a while.

Hi Club #195 Members,

Club #195 is meeting tomorrow, May 30. Doors open at 9:30 AM for games starting at 10:00 AM. There is work being done on the plumbing tomorrow, so we may not have water access until 11:00 AM.

I have learned that we will have the church for only two days in June, June 6 and 27.

Hi Club #195 Members,

I have secured the Westwood Presbyterian Church for our club meetings on May 2, May 23, and May 30. We may also be able to meet at the church on May 16, but that date is not finalized yet.

We will not meet tomorrow, April 25, but I hope to see you all a week from then on May 2.

Club #195 Weekly Report for April 11, 2026

For our possibly only meeting in April, we had 8 players playing 15 games. The star of the day was Pete Skaggs, who went 4-0 by beating Anna Windland 491-319 in round four. Pete had 9 bingos, but was out-bingoed by Lawren Freebody, who had 10. Lawren also had the high play of the day with the phony SWIFTED for 106 points. Gloria Miller had the high non-bingo of the week with JEEPS for 60 points. There were two games over 500 points, both in round 4. Lawren had a 526 point game (against me), but Jackie Heller had a 536 point game.

We weren't able to get the church for any other weeks in April, and it is too soon to know the availability of any venues in May. As soon as I secure a venue for any future week, I will send out an e-mail to everyone.
