Creativity + Connection! Check out the latest additions to the Free Little Art Gallery from our friends at New Rhythms Therapeutic Center 🎨

A little creativity. A little connection. A simple reminder that someone cares. 💙

One of our counselors, Melanie, recently led our team in a therapeutic art activity, creating handmade worry stones—small keepsakes that can serve as grounding tools during moments of stress or overwhelm. Once they were finished, we donated them to the Free Little Art Library across the street from our office in Downtown Longview TX for others in our community to discover.

We love finding small ways to extend care beyond the counseling room. Whether someone keeps one in their pocket, on their desk, or simply smiles when they find it, we hope these tiny reminders bring a moment of comfort to someone's day.

Today is the day!! Come to Downtown Longview from 5:00-8:00 pm TODAY for Longview ArtWalk: Summer 2026! More than 150 vendors registered to showcase their talents. From paintings, pottery, and photography to local authors, musicians, jewelry and craft makers, and bakers, we’ve got local artisans who will be displaying and selling unique, one of a kind items. ArtWalk is FREE to attend. Be sure to stop by to celebrate our creative community! 🫶
