¡Buen provecho! 💃 🌶 We’re continuing our celebration by shining a spotlight on the vibrant and diverse flavors of Spanish cuisine.

From savory chorizos to creamy potato purée, the traditions of Spain bring something special to every table. 😋

This month, we’re inspired by chef James Campbell Caruso’s España: Exploring the Flavors of Spain (Gibbs Smith). 👨‍🍳

His recipe for Cantimpalitos (Grilled Mini Chorizos with Potato Purée) is the perfect way to add some sizzle and tradition to your next meal.

Food tells a story, what’s your favorite Hispanic or Spanish dish? Tag a friend you’d love to share it with and let’s keep the celebration going all month long!

Did you know that women are often the primary caretakers in their families and communities, yet are also among the most at risk for unaddressed mental health challenges? 💔

The inspiring story of Unity Norma Alexander illustrates why mental health awareness and support are so crucial for women in caregiving roles.

Her journey shows that mental health struggles are not signs of weakness, but challenges that deserve understanding and compassion.

Through finding a judgment-free support system, Unity was able to heal and now dedicates her life to helping other women prioritize their well-being. Her experience teaches us that:

▪️Caregivers need care too. Supporting others is important, but self-care and mental health are essential for long-term well-being.

▪️Stigma can be overcome. Open conversations and supportive communities can break down the barriers that prevent women from seeking help.

▪️Education saves lives. Knowledge about mental health and access to resources can make all the difference, both for those who care and those they care for.

Let’s educate, support, and empower the women who care for others, because their mental health matters.
