The Local 4331 board had the opportunity to represent our members at the IAFF conference, connecting with firefighters and labor leaders from across the country and learning from those working to move our profession forward.

One of the highlights was getting the chance to meet with the President of the IAFF and see firsthand the level of advocacy and leadership happening on behalf of firefighters everywhere.

Being involved in the union means more than showing up when there’s a problem. It means building relationships, learning, staying informed, and making sure Local 4331 has a seat at the table.

Proud to see our board representing Longview and Local 4331 on a national stage.
