🇵🇪 The wait is over. At Affluent Hispanic Philanthropies, we are proud to announce the return of Taste Perú in celebration of National Peruvian Ceviche Day for its highly anticipated third edition.

This year, we are proud to honor Chef Agustín Romo and Casa Chaskis - Huarique Peruano with a special feature activation in West Long Beach, showcasing an exclusive ceviche special menu created especially for this edition, available from Tuesday, June 23 through Sunday, June 28, the global celebration of National Peruvian Ceviche Day. Stay tuned for the reveal of the special ceviche menu created by Chef Agustín, don’t miss it.

Following two successful editions celebrating and supporting the world-renowned excellence of Peruvian cuisine, recognized by leading institutions including the Michelin Guide, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and the James Beard Awards, Taste Perú continues to elevate and honor Peru’s extraordinary culinary legacy.

This special initiative celebrates Peru’s iconic national dish, ceviche, observed every June 28 and recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Taste Perú is part of our ongoing mission through the Chefs in Philanthropy Program, supporting culinary heritage, community engagement, and philanthropic impact.
