A heartfelt tribute to Most Venerable Dr. Walpola Piyananda Nayaka Maha Thero and Most Venerable Dr. Madawala Seelawimala Nayaka Maha Thero, commemorating 50 remarkable years of Dhamma service in the United States.

🌕 Bhaddapāda Puṇṇamī | Binara Full Moon Uposatha Day

🙏 On this full moon day, we remember the monkey who offered a honeycomb to the Buddha in the Pārileyyaka forest—a small gift given with great joy. We also honor the establishment of the Bhikkhunī Saṅgha, when Mahāpajāpatī Gotamī and other women entered the monastic life.

May these events inspire generosity, gratitude, and sincere practice. May this Uposatha day be a peaceful one for you and your family. 🙏
