More fun photos from last Saturday’s Member Appreciation Party!
What a fun time we had just a week ago, today!
Again, we want to congratulate all our award winners and those who were nominated by the club for Member of the Year or Runner of the Year.
The board had extensive discussions about all the award recipients, and no decision was made lightly. But, from my perspective, there’s something special about being nominated for an award by your peers.
About 60 people voted for ROTY and MOTY and all nominees received several votes. We view nominations in these categories as a special honor.
Soon, we’ll release even more footage so stay tuned.
Give Us Feedback
We strive to be a board that is always improving, so we’ll soon be discussing our learnings and ideas to make this event even better. We welcome all feedback from you. If you have any suggestions for improvement, please email one of us or pull a board member aside at an upcoming run.
Other Updates:
Spooky Costume Run!
This Wednesday, 10/28 is our annual Halloween Run. Dress up - or don’t! Showing up in costume is totally optional, but we’ll give out some awards/prizes for best dressed in a few categories.
The Mountains Are Calling:
Our trail running program starts back up on November 8th. Kelly and Jack lead these efforts, so reach out to them if you want more details. Keep an eye on the Trailheads WhatsApp. We will also provide more info in the coming weeks.
Wishing everyone a great weekend- it’s a beautiful one!
