We are thrilled to announce that our new Strategic Plan is now live!

This five- year plan was designed to deepen our impact, foster stronger partnerships, and build a more resilient future.

We extend our sincere thanks to our Board of Trustees, our community partners and stakeholders, and all who helped shape this vision. We couldn't have reached this milestone without your insights and support.

Over the next five years, our work will focus on four core pillars:
✨ Community Impact. We will be focusing our investments on three priority areas with defined outcomes and indicators.
✨ Grantmaking. We will be expanding responsive, flexible grantmaking to help strengthen nonprofit partnersships.
✨ Leadership. We will be deepening our role as a convener, thought leader and catalyst.
✨ Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness. We will be strengthening use of data and increasing the visibility of our impact.

Nonprofits serving children and youth in Long Beach are invited to apply for our 2026/27 annual grant. Applications must be submitted online by March 20, 2026.

New nonprofits are required to first complete a Letter of Interest by February 20, 2026.
