Gleanings Integrative Services (GIS) is open in Lexington, KY — and we’re proud to serve our community as a social enterprise powered by licensed mental health professionals.
Our mission is simple: provide compassionate, evidence‑based care for adults across Fayette County, while supporting the broader work of Gleanings Housing, Inc. to build affordable housing and strengthen our community.

When you receive services at GIS, you’re not just accessing therapy-you’re helping fuel a nonprofit movement for dignity, stability, and hope.

Join us on Saturdays for workdays on Florence Ave Build, we are starting at 8:30am and ending at 5:30pm at the latest. We will be accomplishing as much as possible each day. Let's make the most of it, till we see the end result, people in need housed.
