🌟 Management Monday: Building the Next Generation of Leaders 🌟

At Northside Common Market, we believe workforce development starts with opportunity.

This summer, we're excited to welcome two youth team members through our partnership with Partners for Youth. These young people will gain hands-on experience, develop workplace skills, and learn what it takes to be part of a mission-driven organization.

We're also proud that several businesses operating out of The Market Kitchen have stepped up to do the same, creating meaningful employment opportunities and investing in the future workforce of our community.

When local organizations and small businesses open their doors to young people, everyone benefits.

Thank you to Partners for Youth and all of the businesses helping shape tomorrow's leaders today. 💚

What a day at our first Food Pathways pop-up at MLK Park! 🌱🍎

Thanks to our incredible partners, Community Action Council, Winburn Neighborhood Association, Lexington Parks & Recreation, CHI, and Black Soil, we were able to connect families with healthy food and local resources.

Today we served FREE lunches to 45 youth and distributed 46 fresh produce bags to community members!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, volunteered, and helped make this event a success. This is what community looks like.
