Hello everyone and Happy Thursday ☔️🌧️!!

We love serving our community and seeing the true impact of ! 💜
Back in March, we were able to share several basil and thyme plants with our community. Today, we are so excited to show you the amazing progress of this basil plant, grown beautifully by one of our wonderful families! 🌱🌿✨
Seeing our families thrive brings us so much joy!

🌿Here are five main health benefits of basil🌿:
1. Protects against cell damage
2. Prevents cancer
3. Helps manage blood pressure and cholesterol
4. Improves blood sugar levels
5. Boosts mental health
