We would like to introduce our newest additions to our snowmobile trail grooming fleet!

Several members of the club have been very active over the summer months undertaking a massive and fast fundraising effort to buy these two Tucker Sno-Cats! Both machines have been paid in full through fundraising.

Do your snow dances and pray for snow!

Our first meeting of the season is next Monday October 5th at 6:30pm at Marco’s Restaurant!

We are still looking for trail sponsors. The end of the tax year is near so make a donation to our 501c3 non profit and use the tax deduction!

The Hillside Family Riders Snowmobile Club - Lewiston, ME is working hard to raise enough money to purchase a Tucker groomer for our trails! 🏔️🐻

We’ve got a BIG goal to hit, but here’s the exciting part: if we reach it, we qualify for a grant that can help us cover the rest! 🎉

If you rode the Lewiston-area trails last season, you already know how awesome those trails were. Now imagine making them even better with a new groomer. That means smoother trails, better conditions, and fewer moments of “Who needs a chiropractor after that?” 🤣

🎃 Calling Local Businesses & Clubs — Help Us Make Our 4th Annual Trunk or Treat a Great One! 👻
Central Maine Powersports is gearing up for our 4th Annual Trunk or Treat, and we’re looking for a few more local businesses, organizations, and clubs to join the fun!
Each year, this event welcomes 150–200 trick-or-treaters for a fun, safe, indoor community event. It’s a great opportunity to get your business or club in front of local families while helping us keep the fun and tradition of trick-or-treating alive. 🍬🎃
Participating is simple — decorate a trunk or table, bring some treats, and have some fun with us! Costumes and creative setups are definitely encouraged.

Shrinkage

Dug the whole tub out of the crawlspace last night. Helmet, boots, gloves, goggles, all of it sitting right where I left it in the spring.

Then I got to the bibs.

Look. They have been folded up in a plastic tote for five months. Things settle. Fabric does that. It is a known thing. My wife has a different theory about what happened here and she was kind enough to share it with me, twice, at some volume.
