At Milestone Recovery, we believe safety, dignity, recovery, and compassion can all exist at the same time.

The people sleeping outside are still human beings. Many are battling addiction, trauma, mental illness, and impossible housing costs. Many recover. 💪

We’ve watched it happen for decades.

The solution is not giving up on people.

Join us for an important community conversation about substance use in Androscoggin County.

We are looking to hear from individuals, families, loved ones, and community members impacted by substance use to better understand how harm reduction, treatment, and recovery support services can be improved in our area. Your voice matters and can help shape future support and resources in our community.

What to expect:
• 45-minute confidential discussion with researchers and community peers
• Share your thoughts and experiences regarding treatment, recovery, and harm reduction services
• Participation is completely voluntary

Who can attend:
• Adults 18+
• Residents of Androscoggin County
• Individuals willing to share their experiences and perspectives

The Josh Stevens Recovery Community Center will be open today, Tuesday, April 28th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please note: we will not be open on Wednesday, April 29th.

This change is for this week only. Next week, we will return to our normal schedule and be open on Monday and Wednesday as usual.
