Mira and Rumi are tiny, lovable Pomeranians who must be adopted together. They’re an inseparable duo, where one goes; the other follows. 🥺
Mira is a confident little black‑and‑white fluffball who takes very little time to warm up. She loves short walks and cozy blanket time.
Rumi is a gentle little black-and-white cuddle bug with soulful eyes who adores being held and giving the sweetest kisses.

Oreo Kisses still has no interest, so we broke the news to him and felt his expression was spot on! This 9 year old mini poodle is perfectly trained with commands, walks on a leash, and he's house trained. We don't know what more people could ask for.... he also dances, gives kisses, and loves to snuggle. Let's find this guy his happily ever after!

Lil Lilly has made so much progress here, and today our hearts leaped with joy when she joined in a game of chase with the other dogs! It was a brief glimpse at a normal, young dog, free of the anxiety that once tormented her. We are still watching her closely, but are over the moon at the daily improvement we see!

Welcome Yoko to Peace Love and Poms Rescue! This sweet 9 year old, 17 pound girl needed a soft place to land after her owner developed some serious health issues and family couldn't help. She does need some vetting, including a dental, but for now she is settling into her foster home well. Welcome beautiful girl!

Welcome Gizmo Gadget to Peace Love and Poms Rescue! This little 5 pound guy arrived to his foster in Columbus OH yesterday and turns 4 in October. He is absolutely precious, but his owner's health was not the best to keep him. He will see the vet soon, but in the meantime we are getting to know him. Welcome sweet boy!

Reggie has been in our care for a year now. His owner was killed in a pedestrian versus car accident leaving him without a place go. When a friend stepped in he quickly realized this 17 pound red head was a severe behavior case. Medically, Reggie is cleared. Behavior wise he has made tremendous improvement, but still displays appeasement behavior which in the wrong hands can lead to bite incidents. He is also a stubborn mule who wishes to live his life outside no matter the temperature or weather conditions leaving us to resort to our days of country living and herding the cows into the barn because that's the only way to direct Reggie inside. He is 11 years old now, and was likely left to do as he pleased all his life so correcting what he knows is no easy task especially when it comes to vetting and grooming where we see his nasty side, but even that has improved. Reggie may always be a work in progress, but he is happy, loved, and our resident welcoming committee for humans and dogs that arrive here. Not all our rehab cases can be posted for adoption, but they are still successful when we see them living their best life each day here.
