You’re invited to our next Tea & Tone Ceremony — a cozy evening to slow down, sip, and reset. 🐸🫖
We’ll start with a cup of tea made with herbs aligned to the day’s planetary energy. Take time to taste, reflect, and journal if you feel called.
Then we’ll head to Trace Brewing Beer Garden to settle in for a Sound Bath—a gentle reset for your nervous system with singing bowls, rhythmic drumming, and bells. Lie back, get cozy, and let the sounds wash over you.

We hope to see you there oh please bring your mats, water and anything else you may need for moving around and staying hydrated

📍Location:
This year, the event will be taking place in the large field next to the painted Hazelwood Alive container. It’s at the corner of Eliza & Lytle St. Address: 4501 Lytle St, Pittsburgh, PA 15207
🚙Parking:
There is free parking on the streets and in the lot directly across from the field.

After tea, we will begin a soothing sound bath with crystal bowls and gentle instruments designed to calm your mind, ease tension, and help you reconnect with yourself.

Join us for the First ever Canonsburg Yoga and wellness festival. A collaboration of 4 health and wellness facilities, reaching out to the community to showcase all of the modalities we offer. 🧘🏽‍♀️
Join us on Friday, August 8 at the Canonsburg town Park for this free event for children and adults. 🌿
3 PM to 8 PM. At the Yoney Pavilion. Bring your yoga mat and a friend. free yoga classes, kids, activities, vendors, food, massage therapy, and a fire and ice plunge!!! 🧊
*peep the 2nd page of activities line up where our director will be hosting the Kids Hoop activity and performing for the closing event

We are existing in a very interesting time where it’s important to reflect on your relationship with self, other humans, the environment, and society. We can use the teachings of yoga and apply it to our day to day, but the question is how? And ya know what better way to explore this question than together.”
