What an incredible and powerful day. ❤️

Our MADD Walk was a tremendous success, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Watching victims, law enforcement, families, friends, and concerned community members come together in support of this cause was truly remarkable.

We exceeded our fundraising goal by more than $10,000, which is amazing. But even more important than the dollars raised was the love, compassion, and support shared among everyone who attended. Today, we walked for those who can no longer walk beside their families, and we held each other up in their honor.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, volunteered, and supported this mission. Together, we are making a difference and keeping the memories of our loved ones alive. 💙

The Hobart Police Department is proud to congratulate Officers Kevin Guernsey, Tim Kalinowski, and Coty Sparks on being recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) at their annual event held at the Lake County Fairgrounds.

We are honored to support Yolanda Coriano and MADD in their mission to prevent impaired driving and promote safer roadways for our community. We extend our sincere gratitude to MADD and Yolanda Coriano for their continued dedication to this important cause.

Every year, Chief Patrick and Mayor Land are proud to support Yolanda Coriano and MADD Indiana as they work to eliminate impaired driving and provide support to victims who have been impacted by drunk driving.

At this today’s Move with MADD Lake County Walk, Ofc. Osiecki, Badge No. 118, received an award for his commitment to stopping impaired drivers and ending drunk/drugged driving.

Earlier today he was recognized by Indiana MADD Lake County during their Move with MADD walk for his ongoing commitment to keeping impaired drivers off our roadways.
Officer Navarro led the department in 2025 with OWI arrests.
