We are thrilled to announce that The Heart of Lebanon has been officially awarded a $7,500 grant from the Community Foundation of Boone County!

This funding directly supports our Outdoor Fixture Grant Program, enabling our local downtown small businesses to enhance their storefronts with outdoor enhancements like benches, bistro tables and chairs, planters, and sidewalk signs. Through a 60/40 cost-share model, these grant dollars will unlock over $12,500 in total physical improvements around our historic courthouse square!

As the county seat, a vibrant and welcoming downtown district sets a proud tone for all of Boone County. Vibrant streetscapes encourage residents and visitors alike to step out, support local merchants, and in the heart of our community.

A massive THANK YOU to the Community Foundation of Boone County for their incredible partnership, continued investment in our local economy, and dedication to keeping Boone County thriving! Stay tuned downtown small businesses, we will soon be sharing details on how to apply for storefront fixture grants!

Mischief on Meridian was packed with unbeatable live entertainment! We want to send a huge shoutout to Meta for sponsoring this year's music and making it a night to remember.

A huge thank you to everyone who brought their creativity, humor, and spooky spirit to this year’s Costume Contest! From tiny toddlers in miniature outfits to incredible group costumes, you all made Downtown Lebanon look top-tier.

Wow! Mischief on Meridian presented by State Bank had a fantastic turnout! You showed up with your BEST costumes, businesses and organizations showed up with treats and the mother nature gave us a night to be thankful for!

A big shout out to our The Heart of Lebanon volunteers! We banked 71.5 total volunteer hours just on the day of the event!
