Announcing Request For Proposal (RFP) Applications being taken for Fiscal Years 2027-2029 from State Grant Awards that are administered by Tri-County Office on Aging. Through the State of Michigan Aging, Community Living, and Supports Bureau (ACLS Bureau) that are funded by Federal and State dollars, these funds are to provide Access, Community Support, and In-Home Services.

These grants are awarded on a three-year basis and consist of annual contract renewals for contractors in good standing at the end of each TCOA/ACLS Bureau fiscal year. Applications are due back to TCOA by June 29, 2026. Please see the RFP Application for all other related timetables, deadlines, and requirements. Unfortunately, older adults can be vulnerable to abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, abandonment, and other forms of mistreatment.

Help protect older adults in our community:

💙MI Virtual Caregiver Support Groups offer a safe, understanding space to share experiences, talk through challenges, and connect with others who truly “get it.” These informal groups provide open conversation, reflection, and peer support with people walking a similar path.
