Capital Area Baby Café

Capital Area Baby Café Baby Café is an informal, comfortable place for lactation support facilitated by an IBCLC. On Thursday evenings, dinner is provided.

Currently meeting every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm and the 2nd and 4th Thursday from 5:30pm to 7pm. Opened Wednesday, January 15, 2014

Will be held every Wednesday (except holidays) from 10:00am–12:00pm and the first and third Thursday at 5:30pm- 7:00pm at:

Family Growth Center (inside Bethlehem Lutheran Church)

Baby Café is a drop in Lactation/Breastfeedin

g Center—an informal, comfortable place to:
-Meet other lactating families
-Interact with a Certified Lactation Counselor
-Meet with an IBCLC, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant

Parents may bring their baby, young children and support person
There is no charge to participate (FREE)
On Wednesdays, light refreshments, water and coffee available. Baby Café is a licensed program being implemented by EPO (Expectant Parents Organization, www..epobaby.org)

Happy Mother’s Day to every mom, mama-to-be, breastfeeding mom, pumping mom, adoptive mom, grieving mom, bonus mom, and mother figure in our community. 💛

Motherhood is beautiful, exhausting, emotional, powerful, and full of moments that deserve support and care. We are so grateful to walk alongside so many families through feeding journeys, newborn snuggles, hard days, healing days, and everything in between.
