The Foundation Dinners Dedicated to responding to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, caring for the downcast. We reach out to the homeless and people that are in need of our services.

Foundation Dinners serves impoverished people with two free meals a day every day of the year. We provide counseling, job search, resume' help, help in obtaining ID's to people searching for jobs. Spiritual help, direction in obtaining medical, dental and other needs that our clients may have. We began our mission in 1990 and have expanded our mission and goals as the years have went by. We have seen many people helped through troublesome times. We have been so pleased to see people obtain jobs through our efforts to help them find jobs. Homelessness is a bigger problem than what many people living in Lancaster know. Serving at Foundation Dinners can be a real eye opener for many people. We work with a lot of volunteers and have openings for volunteers to come and serve at Foundation Dinners. It is a rewarding experience serving people in need. Many people are regulars in serving and find that helping people brings a joy to them.

We're excited to announce that Foundation Dinners will have a table at the 2026 I Love My City Care Day! The event, being held in downtown Lancaster, meets people at their point of need and connects them to resources available to them.

Join us on Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to learn about how Foundation Dinners not only serves meals to those in need, but also connects guests with community mental health resources, sober living facilities, homeless shelters, and more. Free hygiene items will be available while supplies last.
