Over the last three years, God has done something incredible at Geneva Hills. Summer camp ministry has been rebuilt, retreat ministry is thriving, and we are entering into one of the most exciting seasons in our organization’s history.
We are now looking for the right person to help us continue building the future of this ministry.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Loves Jesus deeply and wants to make an eternal impact
• Naturally connects with people and builds meaningful relationships
• Enjoys developing young ministry leaders
• Thrives in Christian camping and retreat ministry
• Wants to help strengthen and sustain a growing ministry for generations to come
The Assistant Director will help lead guest experiences, retreat ministry, church and community relationships, summer staff recruitment and discipleship, and day-to-day operational leadership alongside our full-time team.
📍 Lancaster / Logan, Ohio area
💰 Salary Range: $40,000–$65,000
🏡 Optional onsite housing available
