Twas the night before the Northside Holiday, and all through the Goosport, The streets were buzzing, no one was settling down.

The jerseys were ready, the outfits laid out,
For the biggest celebration, there wasn't a doubt.
The alumni were calling, the group chats on fire,
“Tomorrow's the day! Whatever you do, don’t be tired.”

From Moeling to the Prater, the excitement was real, That Washington-Marion pride is something you feel.

The aunties were planning, the uncles were too,
Everybody was asking, “Now what we gon' do?”
The grills would be smoking, the music would play, And the whole Northside knew it was finally THE DAY!

The outfits were pressed, and the sneakers were clean,You already know everybody stepping out mean. From the parade to the game, we'd be showing our pride, Because once you're a Chargin Indian, you're one for life.
