Behind every statistic is a brilliant mind that is tired of performing. Living in a world that wasn't built for your brain, while constantly worrying about how your environment is judging your skin, is a weight nobody should carry alone.

July is Minority Mental Health Month. Neurodivergent conditions are often under-diagnosed or misdiagnosed in Black communities, creating barriers to support and care. Let’s raise awareness, reduce stigma, and advocate for equitable mental health care. Stay Aware.

In the Black community, volunteering has always been rooted in something deeper. It’s how we’ve supported one another, filled gaps, and created opportunities when systems fell short. From organizing, mentoring, and feeding families to advocating for change, service is part of our legacy.
