Tonight’s canceled Mobile NeuroDiverseCity event has officially been rescheduled—and we’re adding a fun new theme!

Join us for a Bring Your Own Nintendo Switch Game Night on Wednesday, August 19, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at the Platte County Community Center North YMCA.

Bring your Nintendo Switch and your favorite games for an evening of gaming, connection, and fun! We’ll also have all our usual Mobile NDC activities available, so there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

One of our favorite things here at Mobile NDC is watching all the dots connect. One of Mobile NDC's community partners, The Bird Comedy Theater, is hosting KC Fringe performances this week, and PCBS's very own Joe Harman is taking the stage in Truck Noise Presents: Kansas City Magnum Vice.

We've loved introducing so many people to The Bird through our Mobile NDC adventures because it's exactly the kind of place we believe in: welcoming, creative, inclusive, and just plain fun.

If you're looking for something a little different this weekend, come support local theater, cheer on Joe, and experience one of Kansas City's most unique arts festivals!

Community isn't just about where you live. It's about showing up for the people and places that help us feel connected.

Some evenings don't need a big agenda to make a big impact.

At this month's Mobile Neuro Diverse City stop at the Platte City Y, we kept it simple and had a blast. There was karaoke (complete with enthusiastic performances), Giant Uno, coloring, a little friendly Tetris competition, and, maybe best of all, plenty of great conversations.

Sometimes community looks like singing your favorite song. Sometimes it's laughing over a card game. Sometimes it's sitting across from someone and simply enjoying each other's company.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it another fun afternoon. We can't wait to see you at our next Mobile NDC stop!

We're thrilled to partner with Platte County Community Center North (YMCA) to bring Mobile NeuroDiverseCity to another location in Platte City! Join us Tuesday, July 14, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for an evening of connection, community, and fun.

This collaboration is all about creating more opportunities for people to connect close to home, and we couldn't think of a better place to start. Whether it's your first Mobile NDC event or you're already part of our community, we'd love to have you join us!
