Retroperitoneal Fibrosis is a rare and devastating disease that affects an estimated 0.1 to 1.3 people per 100,000 each yearโ€”but due to frequent misdiagnosis and underreporting, the true number may be much higher. Scar tissue silently tightens around vital organs, threatening kidneys, blood vessels, and the gut, leaving patients in pain, uncertainty, and isolation.
