South Huntsville, did you know we're right here in your neighborhood?
Located on Weatherly Plaza SE, just off Bailey Cove Road, Rocket City Ballet offers opportunities to discover the joy of dance at every age and stage.
From little ones taking their first dance steps at age 3 to teens and adults, there's a place for you here.
Ballet is at the heart of what we do, but our classes also include tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, Irish, and more.
For dancers who want to take their training further, Rocket City Ballet offers a ballet company, performance opportunities in major productions, and our annual Spring Showcase. There's so much to experience beyond the classroom!
From our classes and rehearsals to the costumes we create in-house, so much care goes into helping our dancers learn, grow, and experience the magic of dance.
We also believe a supportive environment matters. Our instructors undergo background checks and SafeSport training, and we offer classes without long-term contracts.
New students are welcome through January.
Whether your dancer is just beginning or ready for their next challenge, we'd love to help you find the right class.
Your first trial class in any style is free. We offer drop-in classes as well as punch cards for those who can't make it to class weekly. And boys/men’s ballet classes are tuition-free thanks to grant support from Arts Huntsville.
