Celebrating Rare Disease Day, and the families it represents:
the kids exceeding expectations, defying odds and teaching everyone about resilience;
the parents advocating daily while maintaining jobs, going without sleep, networking to learn more and help other families;
the siblings growing up alongside, fiercely loyal-shaped by the impact of their brother or sister;
the medical teams who encourage, educate, support, enable us to get out in the community and live well, reminding us that our child is so much more than a diagnosis;
the friends who became family, never forgetting to say a child's name after their passing, remembering birthdays and bearing witness to the impact continued;
the online social media support often across the world that connects and binds-even if for a season-the families living with the same rare disorder.

We see you.
We know you.
Your story is so incredibly important.

Student self-advocates-we see you and want you to attend as well!
Families can register for free (thanks to our grant with ) but do it fast, because spots are filling up!

Jeremiah Tree Foundation will be on hand to offer our full color printed WV resource guide and a hard copy of Policy 2419 for families.
Many other organizations and resources in attendance as well.

🥳It's that time again!! World Down Syndrome Day is celebrated on March 21st, and we are once again promoting kindness and inclusion across West Virginia with our Classroom Kits.🩵💛💙

💝Thanks to a generous grant from the McDonough Foundation, we are able to continue offering these kits FREE to WV classrooms and groups! To make this program sustainable and reach even more classrooms, we're shifting many of our materials to online, downloadable resources. But don't worry, you're still getting books and fun gifts for students!
