UPDATE: We are going to have to cancel our Pet Blessing. Unfortunately, Sunday looks like it is going to be a rainy, mess all day. We hope to reschedule and we will let you know as soon as that gets scheduled.

Join us at Ritter Park next to the dog park for a Non-Denominational Pet Blessing. Bring your feathered or furry pet to receive a blessing and a treat. Free treats for humans, too! Please make sure all animals are leashed (or crated).

Please join us for a Celebration of the Resurrection for Connie Musgrave this Thursday (Oct. 1) at 2:00p.m., with a reception to follow. For those not able to make it in person, the service will also be live-streamed here on our Facebook.

“I’ll tell you one thing - ‘Love thy neighbor’ does not apply to these kids playing musical chairs. They are brutal.” - Holly McComas, Children’s Ministry Director. 🤣🤣
The kids and the young at heart had a great time at Family Game Night.

Sharing God’s love through CURTAINS! 😃

Sending a BIG THANK YOU to Nancy, Highlawn Presbyterian Church and her wonderful friends!
Nancy reached out and asked about the window sizes for one of our newly housed clients. We measured the windows, sent her the dimensions, and she and her friends went above and beyond. They made and brought beautiful curtains for our client, along with a goodie bag filled with items for someone who currently has very little.
We will be putting the curtains up soon, and I know they are going to make such a difference. Something as simple as having curtains can help someone feel safer, more comfortable, and more at home in their new apartment.
We truly appreciate Nancy, and friends at Highlawn Presbyterian, for taking the time, materials, and love to make something special for someone in our community.
A wonderful reminder of what community is; people helping people and reminding others that they are not alone. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.
