MEDIA RELEASEVFW Auxiliary Announces Kick-Off of AnnualYoung American Creative Patriotic Art Contest Scholarship
VFW Auxiliary Greater Huntington 1064 is excited to announce the kick-off of the VFW Auxiliary’s annual Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest. Local students in grades 9-12 have the opportunity to compete for $37,000 in national scholarships.Students must submit an original two-dimensional piece of artwork. Digital art, photography, jewelry and weapons are not accepted. Entry must be completed during the current school year, and the entry form must include a parent or guardian’s signature.Students begin by competing for one of the nineteen scholarships at tinformation.Touxiliary level.
