Some of the beliefs we carry were created through fear, survival, shame, or expectations that were never ours to hold forever. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to question them with compassion instead of judgment. You are allowed to grow beyond the stories that once kept you small.

It’s Mental Health Month, so we thought we would reintroduce ourselves.

Mental health affects millions of people every day, yet so many still suffer in silence because of shame, fear, or misunderstanding. The truth is that mental health is health, and no one should feel afraid to ask for help, support, or understanding.

Go to icutalks.org for more information, join our newsletter, and let end the stigma together.💚

There’s something about “End of August” that captures the feeling of being emotionally stuck while the world keeps moving around you.

The nostalgia. The exhaustion. The fear that it’s “too late to try.” The brief moments of finally feeling alive again.

Music can’t heal everything, but sometimes it helps people feel understood enough to start the conversation.

What lyric from this song hit you the hardest?
