Six years ago, Seasons of Giving LKN was built on one belief: community starts at home.
What began as a simple mission
has grown into something powerful—serving seniors in downtown Huntersville while creating meaningful, intergenerational connections. Each week, in partnership with Huntersville United Methodist Church, we deliver a weekly Wednesday meal—but what we’re really providing is connection, dignity, and belonging. ❤️
From games and crafts to conversations that preserve history and wisdom, we’re ensuring our seniors feel seen, valued, and never alone.
Recently, our community showed up in a BIG way. Thanks to +Kitchen, Giving With Grace Foundation
Robin and Jack Salzman, and every Paddle for a Cause participant—we received nearly $10,000 to continue this mission. 🙌
And while many organizations travel into Charlotte to serve, we believe just as strongly in showing up for the people right here in our own backyard. There is real need here—and real opportunity to make a lasting difference locally.
As we head into summer, the opportunity to make an impact is wide open:
