Construction Career Collaborative C3 is a nonprofit collaborative effort to create a safe, skilled, and sustainable craft workforce in the Greater Houston Area.

Construction Career Collaborative (C3) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a sustainable workforce for the construction industry. Established in 2013, C3 works collaboratively with industry stakeholders, including contractors, owners, and associations, to improve workforce development practices and elevate craft professionals' careers. Through innovative programs, comprehensive training, and advocacy efforts, C3 strives to enhance the quality and productivity of the construction workforce while promoting fair wages, safer working conditions, and opportunities for career advancement. By emphasizing craft skills, safety training, and ethical employment practices, C3 aims to build a stronger, more diverse construction workforce that meets the evolving needs of the industry. C3's initiatives focus on fostering partnerships between contractors and craft professionals, promoting the value of careers in construction, and providing resources to support ongoing skill development and career advancement. ⛳ 11 DAYS TO GO! We could use a few extra hands!

C3's 16th Annual Golf Classic is right around the corner, and we're looking for a couple of awesome volunteers to help make the day a success!

With two golf courses welcoming construction industry professionals for a day of golf, networking, and supporting workforce development, there's plenty happening behind the scenes.

❤️ Want to lend a hand? We could use some help welcoming golfers, assisting with activities, and keeping things running smoothly throughout the day.

No golf experience required! Just bring a positive attitude, comfortable shoes, and a willingness to jump in where needed. 😄

🏌️ Rather play than volunteer? We've still got room for more teams! Grab three coworkers, clients, or industry friends and join us on the course. It's a great opportunity to make connections while supporting C3's mission to strengthen a safe, skilled, and sustainable craft workforce.

C3 is teaming up with YMCA Houston to teach the upcoming NCCER Core cohort! Participants will build foundational construction skills, learn essential safety practices, and prepare for opportunities in the skilled trades through nationally recognized training.
