Space Center Rotary Club's Meeting Highlights 6-22-2026***

Thank you so much everyone for joining for this wonderful meeting yesterday Monday 6/22/2026, in which Ute Schneider presented her vision as President 👏👏

A very interactive Q&A session. It's important that our Club members participate and ask questions, specially during President's vision. Ute also talked about very important points such as service projects, the core of our Club.

If you missed the meeting and/or you have questions for Ute, please reach out to her. As she said at the end of her presentation, "lot things to do, let's work together..." to create lasting impact. 🌟

We also welcomed Shannon Chambliss, who will be assisting temporarily Public Image. Please help her during the transition👍. Shannon was very happy to meet the members and looks forward to working with y'all. She was so nice that she helped us with setting up. 🙏

RY 2025-2026 LAST MEETING with Teri Fowle Crawford. Don't miss it 6/29. Teri will present her End of the Year Report. Let's celebrate together with joy and appreciation🎉🤩🎉 Teri will also present recognitions and Awards. 🏆🤩

What a beautiful rainy day we had today, and a wonderful meeting with visiting Rotarians Michael Romedy and Karina Wade-Gledhill, our new Rotary District 5890 Governor Assistant from Seabrook Rotary, and Enora Rogers for joining us. We thank also our guests for coming, Emma Kendrick, guess of Richard A Simmons, Council Member Fred Flikinger and Sloan Sweeny, South Sector Manager, Office of Council Member Fred Flickinger.

CITY OF HOUSTON, UPDATES: Council Member Fred Flickinger shared important information about the latest things happening in the City of Houston. He reminded us that it is crutial to be involved and reach out your District representatives. A proactive 👍Q & A session, mainly on budget, flooding, and safety issues.
