HLSR Calf Scramble News 🗣

Our 2026 HLSR Calf Scramble winner - Haiden Sharbeno from Jasper County 4-H.

Haiden is a junior in High School and will use the sponsorship to buy and raise a steer to show in Houston next year. The sale of the steer after that show will fund his college education. It's a long year of commitment and effort - so proud of these fantastic youngsters. By the way, this marks 40 straight years of Taste of Texas sponsoring calf scramble winners! Good job RODEOHOUSTON!
