Just show up.

If you focus on being consistent then you won’t even have to think about the results.

We had such a blast at the Back-to-School Bash 📚✏️ We loved getting to serve one of the apartment communities in our area and seeing so many kiddos and families come out to grab school supplies and enjoy the afternoon together.

A huge thank you to Gomez Catering 👩🏻‍🍳 for serving up delicious pupusas and agua frescas! We’re so grateful for opportunities like this to partner with Apartment Life and serve our local communities.

Praying over each of these kiddos as they head into a new school year - that it would be filled with growth, joy, confidence, and so many opportunities to thrive 🙏🏼

Here’s to a great start to the school year!

For those asking what hours we will have to come in that is not a scheduled team this is what we have!

Please DM if you have questions and if we can better serve you!

We are trying to provide high quality coaching with good trainer to athlete ratios and this schedule is going to allow us to accomplish that!

Iron sharpens iron. ⚔️

You can grind in the dark all you want, but nothing forces you to level up like standing next to someone who wants it just as bad as you do.

Competition isn’t about wishing others fail, it’s about letting their work ethic demand more out of yours.

If you’re the biggest fish in your pond, find a bigger pond. Run with the people who force you to sprint. 🏃‍♂️

You don’t have to become a completely different person overnight.

Just focus on getting 1% better every day. One more rep. One healthier meal. One extra sprint. One better decision.

Small improvements done consistently lead to massive results over time. Stay patient, stay disciplined, and trust the process. 📈💪
