As Machol Houston dances Uri’s dance, we do so to keep his spirit alive — to remember, to feel and to honor. Every movement carries a story, every circle connects hearts across generations and across the world.

Last August 2025, we had the privilege of hosting .trainer and Kobi, sharing not only dance, but stories and connection. Moments like those remind us exactly why we dance.

We dance for joy.
We dance for community.
We dance for Israel.
And we dance to keep memories alive forever. 🇮🇱💙

This week at Machol Houston we brought a little extra Purim joy to the dance floor!

Purim celebrates the story of Queen Esther and reminds us about courage, community and standing up for one another. But it’s also a holiday full of costumes, laughter, music and good friends — which fits perfectly with Israeli dance.

We danced, laughed and celebrated together… just the way Purim should be!
