Psalm 119:105 (NIV) says, “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”

As we approach God in prayer this week, let us remember that His Word guides and illuminates our path, even when the way forward feels unclear. May we seek His direction over every other voice in our lives, and live each day in accordance with the truth in Scripture.

Praise our Father in Heaven for the human fathers, and those who love us like fathers, that He provides. Pray these men will live righteous and blameless lives (Proverbs 20:7), so that their children too will follow Jesus.

Pray for the 43 million refugees in the world who have been forcibly removed from their homes. Pray for ASM and Gospel Partners in East Africa and Greater South Asia ministering to refugees and sharing God’s Word in audio. On World Refugee Day, praise the Lord for the hospitality of these Partners (Hebrews 13:2), and pray that God’s Light will shine brightly through them.

“Three years ago, this [field] was considered worthless. We couldn’t get anything to grow here… and now we have abundance.”

ASM Gospel Partner Chad Vanden Bosch recently shared this powerful reflection from Mozambique while standing in a thriving agroforestry field that was once barren land.

“We can only attribute this to God.”

After years of flooding, crop challenges, and hunger seasons, Chad shared that the team is now seeing fruit trees, grains, lentils, and flourishing growth where almost nothing once survived.

Please continue praying for Chad, Dara, and their team as they serve communities in Mozambique through sustainable agriculture, Compassionate Care, and the distribution of Audio Bibles.

After recording the Psalms, our technicians in Mexico discovered there was no transportation available to carry their equipment home.

So they improvised. They balanced the equipment case on a stick between them and carried it together down the road—turning a challenge into a moment of laughter.

"After the recording, we had fun like children. These are memories that remain with us."

Ministry isn't just about the destination. It's also about the joy, friendship, and faithfulness found along the way. Please pray for our partners as they continue helping bring God's Word to people in their heart language.

“Spontaneous praise to God poured from the man, as for the first time, he heard the Bible in his own heart language. Abdo Wafa* couldn’t keep the audio Bible to himself—he went from house to house sharing God’s Word! In total, Abdo gathered 67 families together to listen to God’s Truth. As they sat side by side, hearing the message of Gospel Hope and Light, together several of the families gave their lives to Jesus!”

Millions of people around the world are still waiting to hear God's Word in the language that speaks most deeply to their hearts.

Behind every Bible translation and audio recording are faithful men and women dedicating years of their lives to making Scripture accessible to their communities.

Today, would you join us in praying?

Pray for the many languages that do not yet have a Bible translation or recording available. Pray that God would raise up skilled translators, recording teams, and local partners who are passionate about His Word. And pray that, one day, every person would have the opportunity to hear the life-changing message of Scripture in their own heart language.

The excitement for God's Word is spreading in Mexico!

After partnering with ASM during a distribution trip earlier this year, three local believers were so passionate about sharing Scripture that they continued bringing Audio Bibles to remote villages in their region.

As they shared videos from their recent trips to Otatitlan, Tlachichilco, and Veracruz, others began asking how they could join future distributions and suggesting additional villages that still need to be reached.

Please pray for these partners as they continue sharing God's Word. Pray for safe travels, open hearts, and that this growing excitement for Scripture would continue spreading from community to community.
